What data we handle

Only what you give us when you get in touch: your name, your phone or email and whatever you wish to tell us about your stay.

This site has no forms or payment gateway, so we do not collect data by any other means.

For what purpose

To answer your enquiry and, if you decide to book, to manage the reservation and your stay at the rental.

Legal basis

Processing is based on your consent when contacting us and on pre-contractual measures taken at your request (Article 6.1.a and 6.1.b of the GDPR).

How long we keep it

We keep your data for as long as our relationship lasts and, afterwards, for as long as required to comply with applicable legal obligations.

Who it is shared with

We do not share your data with third parties except where legally required.

If you write to us via WhatsApp, that communication takes place through WhatsApp (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd.), subject to its own terms. The site is hosted by Vercel Inc., which may process technical data such as your IP address as a data processor.

Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to can.barnes.lloret@gmail.com and proving your identity.

If you believe we have not handled your request properly, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
