How many people can stay?
It depends on the rental: Les Voltes is the cosier one, with three bedrooms, and El Pebreter is the big one, with five. Tell us on WhatsApp how many of you are coming and we will tell you which one fits best, or whether both of them interest you.
Are pets allowed?
Yes, in both rentals. With this much farm around, they will be better off than at home.
Is there parking?
Yes, free and inside the farm itself. Park next to the rental and forget about the car.
How does check-in work?
We welcome you in person on arrival day and show you around the rental. After that, the digital locks give you complete freedom to come and go during your stay.
How far is the beach?
Fenals beach and Sa Boadella cove are about 13-14 minutes on foot from the farm. The big beach in the centre of Lloret is around half an hour on foot or about 3 minutes by car.
Are the pools open all year round?
Yes, each rental has its own. Les Voltes has a round salt-water pool with a built-in jacuzzi, and El Pebreter a heated salt-water pool, with a glass enclosure from 15 October to 15 June. Both are used in winter too.
How do I book?
Directly with us on WhatsApp. Tell us your dates and how many are coming and we close the price, with no platform fees.
Is there a security deposit?
Yes. When you book directly there is no platform covering any damage, so we ask for a deposit: €400 at Les Voltes and €500 at El Pebreter. It is returned in full at the end of your stay if everything is in order.
